Design Studio Update: Millwork Installed

Millwork was just installed and painted for Renaissance Homes’ new Design Studio! The 1,500 sq ft space is located at our Lake Oswego office near Bridgeport.

Sandie Hume, Director of Design is using every inch of space. “We strategically placed millwork throughout the space so our homebuyers can see different door styles, wainscotting, columns and trim work. It helps to touch, see and feel the products.”

Slat walls were also installed to display kitchen and bath faucets and the myriad of finishes.

“Our homebuyers won’t need to imagine it,” says Randy Sebastian, President of Renaissance Homes. “We will be able to let them experience it. Buying a new home is such a special experience. We want to make it truly memorable.”

The design studio will be exclusive to Renaissance Homes’ clients and will feature selections for Renaissance Vintage Portland new homes, West Linn and Lake Oswego. Watch the style blog for more Design Studio news and grand opening announcements.
