Design Studio Update: Paint & Electrical Complete

Paint and electrical are complete on Renaissance Homes’ new Design Studio! The 1,500 sq ft space is located at our Lake Oswego office near Bridgeport.

Sandie Hume, Director of Design is planning the new studio down to the smallest detail. “We installed 40 color correcting light bulbs to let the true color of each product shine through,” she said. “We wanted our homeowners to be able to really see the beauty of each product.”

Six accent paint colors were selected to color coordinate throughout the space and harmonize the products. Next week we will be working on slat walls and product installs.

“You’ll be able to design your dream home with the latest products and resources right at your fingertips,” says Randy Sebastian, President of Renaissance Homes. “It will be a special, memorable experience.”

The design studio will be exclusive to Renaissance Homes’ clients and will feature selections for Renaissance Vintage Portland new homes, West Linn and Lake Oswego. Estimated open date is late September 2011. Watch the style blog for more Design Studio news and grand opening announcements.
