Gold is one of our favorite hues! We are over the moon to announce that our Street of Dreams ‘Farm-to-Table’ home took top honors at this year’s The National Awards. The home was recognized as best Single-Family Detached Model Over 4,000 Square Feet in the country!

The Nationals represents the highest honors and awards program from the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB), recognizing our industry’s best, brightest, and most innovative in new home design and construction. We couldn’t be happier to stand among some of the best home builders and designers across the country.

Winning gold at The Nationals is the fabulous finale to an incredible awards season for the Renaissance Homes team. Our Farm-to-Table home recently received top honors in several categories at the Best in American Living Awards, also hosted by the NAHB.

Submissions are judged by a panel representing industry peers, experts, and professionals on their overall merit, creativity, design, craftsmanship, and execution. The awards programs honors achievement and performance throughout the home building industry, including new home communities, model homes, architecture, interior design, landscape design, marketing, merchandising, and sales.
