WILSONVILLE CITY COUNCIL APPROVES NEW RENAISSANCE HOMES NEIGHBORHOOD

LAKE OSWEGO, OR –Renaissance Homes announced today that they have received unanimous approval of their $20 million, 33-home neighborhood to be known as Willamette Landing in Wilsonville. The 11.46 acre development will commence construction in mid 2009 and features, 550 feet of Willamette River frontage and is adjacent to Wilsonville’s Memorial Park.

Willamette Landing is located at the end of Metolius Lane and planned to be a private neighborhood with home sites of 6,000 to 7,000 square feet with homes ranging from 2,500 square feet to 3,500 square feet with the company’s many award winning designs. Sebastian said he intends to create Renaissance’s own version of ‘on golden pond.’ This marks the company’s third neighborhood in Wilsonville after completing the very successful Cedar Pointe and Canyon Creek, according to President Randy Sebastian of Renaissance Homes.

Randy Sebastian, President of Renaissance Homes, issued the following statement: “Today we received approval on the hidden gem of Wilsonville”. He predicts brisk sales “because this is a prime location in Wilsonville with some of the only riverfront lots for new homes in one of the most popular Wilsonville areas. In addition, we have large lots and many opportunities for daylight basement homes.”

All homes will be built to Renaissance’ “Living Green” standards, a group of environmentally sound building techniques which save money on energy and exceed the Earth Advantage specification, on which it is based.

Renaissance Homes is one of the area’s largest builders with neighborhoods underway in Bend, Southwest Portland, Forest Grove, Beaverton, Wilsonville, West Linn, on the OGA golf course at Tukwila, several in Vancouver and Camas.
