- Design Center Preview Night
– Browse the thousands of options to create your
new dream home. The best part of planning your new home
is the details, and our unique Design
Center Preview Night allows you to choose the personal
touches that will really make your new home your own.
At Renaissance Homes, we realize that some of the most
fun aspects of building your new home is the fine points
that make it your own, and we’re the only builder
that allows you the time and place to do this.
- Design Center Appointments
– totaling 5 hours of time. No other builder
gives you up to five hours of time to make sure your new
home is exactly how you envision it. Allowing you the
time to be completely satisfied will all of your choices.
- Pre-Construction Meeting with
Construction Manager – Review floor plans,
setbacks, ideas, etc. with the actual builder creating
your home. We even go as far as providing cell phone numbers
so you can contact us with any and questions and feedback
for your new home.
- Electrical, Landscape, and
Quality Assurance Walk-Through – It’s
up to you to design where your lighting, outlets, switches,
surround sound, plants, landscaping, and yard features
go. We even provide a walk-through with our Quality Assurance
team to ensure all aspects and warranties of your new
home is discussed and agreed on.
