Renaissance offers the same personal attention and value on your lot that we pour into each Renaissance neighborhood. Renaissance has a full library of floorplans, many of which are available to tour as model homes in our existing neighborhoods. A Renaissance home on your lot will include all the special features you have come to love from Renaissance. Each home comes with the Renaissance one year warranty and a 10 Year Structural Warranty. We also have an in-house Quality Assurance department dedicated to handling your “after closing” needs.
Whether you own land or not, let us help you begin the process. If you don’t own your lot, you can identify the area that works for you and we can help you find available lots. Our Community Manager will visit your lot and help you determine if the land is suitable for building along with identifying setbacks, environmental constraints and availability of utilities and sewer.
